At the Lafayette Regional Association of Realtors® (LRAOR), we work every day to give agents, brokers, and other real estate professionals the support and guidance they need to thrive. We’ve been serving the community since 1916 and know every neighborhood inside and out.
When you become a member of LRAOR, you join a group of over 500 members shaping the future of real estate in Lafayette. We work alongside the National Association of Realtors advocating for policy initiatives that promote and protect a fundamentally sound and dynamic U.S. real estate market, and foster vibrant communities in which to live and work.
Our member Realtors share these deep community roots and civic connections. They observe and uphold a strict code of ethics and adhere to the highest level of professional standards.
Mission
The mission statement of the Lafayette Regional Association of Realtors is to enhance members’ ability to conduct business successfully, to elevate the professional standards of the members and to promote and protect the individual’s right to own, transfer and use of real property.

To be the premier source of real estate information, guiding the organization to fully carry out the mission statement and strategic plan of the organization.
