Join the Lafayette Regional Association of REALTORS®. We are dedicated to strengthening our communities, empowering our members to perform at the highest professional levels and supporting every REALTOR with the education, tools and technologies they need to succeed in today’s fast-paced market.
How to Join
The Lafayette Regional Association of REALTORS® has four types of memberships available. Real estate licensees can apply for Realtor membership. Non-licensees can apply for the other types of membership excluding Honorary or Institute Affiliate membership.
Types of Membership
LRAOR offers four types of membership:
- Designated REALTOR® – A licensed managing broker or appraiser who is licensed and has fulfilled membership requirements in a local, state and national Board of REALTORS®.
- REALTOR® – Broker, appraiser, licensed and/or certified, who is associated with a Designated REALTOR® and had fulfilled membership requirements in local, state and national Board of REALTORS®.
- MLS Non-Member Subscriber – Full MLS subscription service available. Requirements include but not limited to a declaration of Primary membership in good standing & MLS membership.
- Secondary Membership – A Secondary member currently maintains a Primary Membership in good standing with another REALTOR® Association and chooses to join LRAOR as a secondary option. They will receive all membership benefits as a primary member, including participating in committees and attending board meetings and events.
