Technology

The power of our MLS is second to none. LRAOR is a shareholder member of the Indiana Regional MLS that provides the top technology and services to its members. With data that reaches from one end of the state to the other. LRAOR is a member of IRMLS that represents 14 Indiana Realtor Associations across Indiana representing over 50 counties and 7,000 Realtor members to serve your clients.

Electronic State-of-the-art Lock box services that are Bluetooth enabled through SUPRA. The MLS information is secured a overlapping security system to protect the integrity and the confidential information for your listing data and client information.

Data is knowledge and our team will provide that to you as a member. LBOR is the source for market data. We provide monthly housing statistics by county and statewide. We provide statewide tax data through our national vendor

Education

We offer numerous education opportunities each year to keep you current in your licensing requirements, and to support your continue growth as a real estate professional. We offer for our members:

Advocacy

LRAOR leaders work with local city/county government officials, in addition to coming together with state and national elected officials to make sure our voices are heard on capitol hill. It is critical that REALTORS work together to protect private property rights to serve our communities with one voice. From our city hall, to the state house, to the U.S. Capitol our elected officials are making decisions that impact our members and their clients every day.
