REALTOR® Orientation Requirement

All REALTORS® are required to attend the Association’s Orientation Program, which provides an overview of your member benefits and an introduction to the Multiple Listing Services’ Rules and Regulations. Members are instructed on the National Association of REALTORS®’ Code of Ethics and Standards of Business Practice. You will be scheduled for a session upon joining.

Requirements for Membership Application

  • Completed Application
  • Copy of your Indiana Real Estate License or Appraisal License
  • Copy of your Drivers License
  • Payment
  • If a member of another association/transfer, also provide a declaration of membership in good standing from your primary Board/MLS organizations.
